What time of day is best to massage?

Morning is best if you can. Make it a habit while brushing your teeth to assess how your body feels and what parts of you need to feel better. Then have at it by putting your hands where they will do the most good for a few minutes. It’s a fabulous way to start the day and is usually the easiest time to find a few quiet minutes. The most important thing is to choose a time that works for you and try to consistently massage at that time to make it a habit. Beyond that any time you feel a need is a good time to massage. No need to make an appointment. You and your hands are always available.
